Application for Mentoring Programs & Scholarship Opportunities

Applicants for mentoring and scholarship must be:

  • Current high school (or home-schooled) Juniors or Seniors attending school in the U.S. 
  • U.S. Citizens, U.S. Nationals, U.S. Permanent Residents, Refugees, Asylees, Cuban-Haitian Entrants, or Humanitarian Parolees
  • Anticipating completion of high school diploma within 2 years of the time of application
  • Planning to pursue a degree at an accredited U.S. post-secondary institution 

Scholarship eligibility is reviewed at the time of enrollment in one of the mentoring programs. Information and documentation requested at that point may include:

  • A transcript
  • A school profile
  • A list of extra-curricular activities, clubs, and organizations
  • A list of honors and awards
